Bizz360 Enterprise is an online Business Diagnostic Tool. It has been created to enable a Business Consultant, Franchise Manager or Administrator to diagnose, compare, and benchmark an entire Industry Sector, Franchise System or Multistore Enterprise.

Access

Bizz360 Enterprise can be accessed 24/7 using any PC, Laptop, Smart Phone or Tablet device that has internet access. Once online, Bizz360 Enterprise is accessed using a secure access code. A new access code is generated for each Bizz360 Business Diagnostic that you create.

Benchmarking

Bizz360 Enterprise enables a Consultant, Manager or Administrator to compare one company or Store against another, or to benchmark one company against a group or cluster of companies (Provided all of the respondents reply to the same Bizz360 Business Diagnostic.)

Industry Sectors

Bizz360 Enterprise is equipped with a list of existing Industry Sectors. This feature enables you to run a Benchmark and Comparison Diagnostic across an entire Industry Sector.

Business Diagnostic Methodology

The Bizz360 Enterprise Business Diagnostic, uses Likert Scale Questions. The Likert Scale is a bipolar scaling method, measuring either positive or negative response to a question or statement. Bizz360 Enterprise also includes a neutral middle option of "Neither agree nor disagree" in all of its diagnostic questions.

    The Likert Scale is a bipolar scaling method, measuring either positive or negative response to a question or statement.

    Bizz360 Consult includes a neutral middle option of "Neither agree nor disagree" in all of its diagnostic questions.

    The neutral option allows a respondent who is unsure of a particular question to still provide an answer that question.

    A 1987 study found negligible differences between the use of "undecided" and "neutral" as the middle option in a 5-point Likert Scale.
