Each diagnostic question in Bizz360 Consult uses the Likert Scale.
The Likert Scale is a bipolar scaling method, measuring either positive or negative response to a question or statement.
Bizz360 Consult includes a neutral middle option of "Neither agree nor disagree" in all of its diagnostic questions.
The neutral option allows a respondent who is unsure of a particular question to still provide an answer that question.
A 1987 study found negligible differences between the use of "undecided" and "neutral" as the middle option in a 5-point Likert Scale.
Each question can also be 'loaded' to give that particular question extra emphasis.
After a Bizz360 Consult Business Diagnostic has been completed, the results for each category of questions are analysed and then displayed, using easy to understand Info-graphics.
These results can also be printed as a PDF file for future reference.
